Accounting Supervisor (Cebu)

ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR (CEBU)QUALIFICATIONS:•Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, or any other related course.•Certified Public Accountant (CPA)•Other certification is a plus but not required (CTT, RCA, CAT, etc)•With at least 5 years of work experience handling general accounting tasks•With extensive knowledge of current Philippine TAX laws (VAT, EWT, FBT, etc), PEZA, SEC, and other Government compliance•Proficient in using Quickbooks or other accounting software•Willing to work in an on-site arrangement (Cebu Business Park, Cebu City)RESPONSIBILITIES:•People Management: Coaching, leading, and overseeing the Accounting team.•Reports & Analysis: Reports preparation for the company and parent company, Month-end report, Quarterly closing and Annual closing of accounts, etc.•Financial Management: Annual budgeting, cash flow recording and forecasting, etc.•Compliance: Related to PEZA, BIR and other Government compliance processes.•Regulations & Manuals: Accounting work manual creation, guidelines and/or policies.•Payroll: Preparation and creating of Alpha List, review/confirm payroll list and payment, etc.SALARY:•NegotiableWORK LOCATION:•Cebu City
