QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldProven experience at least 1 year in accounting or finance roles, with increasing levels of responsibility and leadership.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and influence decision-making.Prior experience in supervising or managing a team is preferred.
