Work Location: Pasay Head Office
Job Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: 8am - 5pm (Monday - Friday)
Salary: PHP 18,000 - 20,000 per month

Qualifications
Any degree course related to AccountingAt least 1 year of experience processing BIR permits, 2303, POS machine permits, and business permits including Barangay, Sanitary, Fire, Building, Business Tax, etc.
Job Description
Responsible for checking and encoding of DTR.Handles each employee's inquiries regarding DTR or timekeeping-related matters.Monitor biometric violations of all employees during the Timekeeping period.Process Direct employee's SSS contribution payment, PAGIBIG, PhilHealth, and HMO documentation.Handles direct employees' inquiries related to SSS, PAGIBIG, PhilHealth, and HMO inquiries.Responsible for all employee Evaluation assessment distribution and monitoring.Fill all accomplished evaluations in individual 201 files or turn them over to HR for promotions.Handles permit processing Benefits: Health insuranceOpportunities for promotionPaid trainingStaff meals provided13th month salaryOvertime pay @NAB**
