Accounting Staff - Team Lead

Job Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting:
Prepare monthly and annual financial reports and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
Analyze financial data, including assets, liabilities, revenues, and expenses, to provide management with insight into the company's financial health.
Budget Management.
Develop annual budgets and work with departments to monitor budget performance.
Analyze factors contributing to budget deviations and recommend appropriate countermeasures.
Tax Management: Prepare tax returns in accordance with legal requirements.
Prepare and submit tax returns in accordance with legal requirements.
Develop tax strategies and ensure tax compliance.
Payroll Calculation.
Qualifications:

Graduate of any 4 year course.
With experience in financial reporting, budget management, payroll and tax management.
Willing to work from Monday to Thursday (7am to 6pm) and Friday (7am to 4pm).
