DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES PAYROLL: Process field employees' payroll accurately based on regular worked days, overtime, night differential, holidays, allowance, etc.To communicate the submitted field daily time record (DTR) to Operations Supervisor or client those unclear time in and out, incomplete details and attachments and other needed documents to support the timekeeping and payroll making.To ensure 100% correct payroll.
a. Eliminate unnecessary payroll claims or payroll complaints from field employees such as unpaid worked days, overtime, night differential, holidays, etc.
b. Eliminate issues in every billing such as lack of attachments, unsigned or unapproved OT forms, paid absences/undertime/tardiness and the likes causing to have a return billing from clients.
Ask for payroll approval 2 days before the release date from Department Head and Managing Director.File the approved payroll documents and keep to payroll folder Cabinet (complete and intact for any future internal and external audit).Represent the company for any client requested meeting pertaining to timekeeping and payrollPrepare employee's pay slip every cut-off and issue to Operation.Process field employee's 13 month and Service Incentive Leave (SIL) based on company releasing schedulePrepare and process resigned employee's last pay.Provide payroll summary based on the release pay out (every 10 and 25 )In-Charge for the preparation of Annual Alpha list compensation (Filling and Relief)Prepare and processing of monthly mandatories for payment (SSS, HDMF and Philhealth) OTHER:
- Other Ad hoc task that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.
QUALIFICATIONS: Must be (4) Four-year College graduate in any related course.Must have a well experienced in Accounting process.Confident and with strong leadership skills.Good communication skills both oral and written.Can work Monday to Saturday schedule. (Saturday as needed)Can start immediately once hired.Background in Manpower Company is an advantage (Janitorial/Housekeeping/Manpower) but not a requirement.
