Accounting Staff (Payables)

Responsibilities: Prepare and process all vendor invoices for multiple divisions and locationsUtilize SAP to perform AP functionsAssist with resolving invoice discrepanciesDaily communication with external suppliers and inter-company divisionsPrepare month-end reports and review AP aging reportsDaily payment runsFiling of documentsOther tasks as assigned Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in AccountancyCertified Public AccountantAt least two (2) years substantial experience in Accounts PayableHighly organized, detail oriented, with high levels of integrityAbility to meet deadlines, multi-task efficiently and cooperate with fellow professionals in various disciplines and both office and out-of-office environmentsGood communication skills (oral and written)Proficient with MS Office applications and Google applicationsKnowledge in using systems such as SAP, Oracle, Peachtree, Intuit, and other similar applications an advantage
