Accounting Staff (Marikina)

SUMMARY OF JOB:
The main duty of an accounting staff is to provide assistance to the accounting
officer in delivering accounting and finance-related outputs.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Below are some,
but not limited to, the duties and responsibilities of an accounting clerk:

Preparation of check voucher and chequeResponsible for bookkeeping of various transactions in Peachtree system
i.e. various cash funds,
3. Cash disbursement book/ disbursement summary
4. Encoding/summarizing receipts
5. J.O. code for suppliers
6. Filing of all accounting documents
7. Receive and entertain phone calls
8. Other accounting related functions that will be subsequently assigned
from time to time.
