MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field2+ years of accounting experience in a corporate or public accounting setting.Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations, including tax laws.Experience with accounting software, such as Quickbooks.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and accuracy. JOB DESCRIPTION: Manage and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with accounting principles and regulations.Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payment and collection of debts.Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to support business decisions and strategic planning.Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting to support business planning.Communicate financial information and analysis to stakeholders, including management, investors, and auditors.Utilize accounting software and other tools to manage financial records and conduct financial analysis such as QuickBooks.Check sales orders, sales invoice and delivery receipts, preparing ATPs for foreign telegraphic transfers.
SALARY: Php 18,000 - Php 25,000 (for discussion)
