**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Must be a Graduate of BS Accountancy
- With at least 1-2 years work experience
- With knowledge on MS Excel
- Willing to be assigned at Cabuyao Laguna
**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
- Prepare payroll for rank & file employees:
- Ensure that entries on time card are authenticated and overtime are supported by authorizations approved by respective supervisors
- Encode time sheet summary entries including vacation leave, sick leave and other employee benefits (commission, etc)
- Report noted erroneous, doubtful or fictitious entry on time card for immediate and proper action.
- Process unclaimed basic salary, 13th month pay, cash bond for expired, resigned and terminated rank and file employees.
- Generate payroll reports (Payroll Register, Pay slip, Deduction Register, etc)
- Update Payroll Master file and data base such as employee information sheet (employee number, name, TIN number, Exemption code, etc), employees' rate authentication, termination, etc.
Compute back wages when necessary.
Ensure that salary deductions are effected in payroll computation (SSS Loans, Pag ibig, Loans, company cash advances, withholding tax, unsettled route shortages, etc).
- Ensure submission of schedule of deduction for government contribution (SSS premium,
- Medicare, Pag ibig, withholding Tax, SSS Loans, pag ibig Loans, company Loans, etc) Maintain subsidiary ledger/schedule of employee's government and company principal loan and deductions.
