Accounting Staff

Responsibilities:Checks invoices and billings receivedGenerates, prepares and records payments to vendors (thru check and telegraphic payment)Prepares list of signed and cancelled bank checksPrepares list of available checks for collectionChecks accounts payable subsidiary ledger (per vendor account) for due and overdue invoices / billingsReconciles accounts payable data with concerned vendorsAccommodates vendor inquiries and concerns about paymentPrepares, sends and monitors Accounts Payable confirmation with vendorsPrepares monthly schedules of expenses, accrued expenses and other payablesInvestigates and helps to resolve issues with payables accounts including GRIRProvides data to Accounting Supervisor for the preparation of the monthly payables forecastQUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of BS Accountancy, Accounting Management, Commerce or its equivalentWith at least 1 year of experience is an advantage but not requiredWith basic knowledge in Accounts payable confirmationJob Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
