Accounting Staff

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Processing: Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of salaries and wages.

Tax Compliance: Prepare and file tax returns, including VAT, income tax, and withholding tax. Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and timely submission of tax-related documents.

Government Mandatory Benefits Contribution: Compute, prepare, and remit mandatory contributions to government agencies such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG. Maintain up-to-date records of all contributions and ensure compliance with government regulations.

Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including journals, ledgers, and other financial documents. Reconcile bank statements and assist in month-end closing activities.

Audit Preparation: Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and support.

Reporting: Generate and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Compliance and Regulations: Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring the company's financial practices remain compliant.
