Accounting Staff

Job Requirements:

- Graduate of Accounting or Finance related course
- Male or Female
- 1-2 years of Corporate Collection experience
- Knowledge of Billing and Collections procedures
- Accounts receivable knowledge/experience is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
- Superior spreadsheets skills and a knowledgeable of Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Platinum and SAP Accounting or similar software is a plus
- Willing to work in **Novaliches, Quezon City.

Job Specifications:

- Collection calls and/ or correspondence in a fast paced goal oriented collections department.
- Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts
- Providing customer service regarding collection issues, process customer refunds, process and review account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies and short payments.
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts
- Customer calls, account adjustments, small balance write off, customer reconciliations and processing credit memos.
- Communicate and follow up effectively with sales department regarding customer accounts on a timely basis.

**Salary**: Php17,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
