Accounting Staff

• With 1-3 years of experience but fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• With oral and written communication skills. Good in Writing.
• Interpersonal skills and professional appearance.
• Knowledge about accounting principles, practices and methods.
• Ability to work with deadlines and without close supervision
• Knowledge in SAP would be an added advantage.
• Make journal entries as advised by immediate superior
• Posting the related journal entries to ledger and disbursement notebook that correspomd their offices.
• Verifying the voucher and any supporting documents attached on it, if said so.
• Verifying receipts/ sorting them out to make calculation more understandable.
• Making vouchers manually
• Performs other related accounting functions as advised by the immediate superior
• Provide regular reports/ accomplishments on a regular basis to the General Manager.
