Accounting Staff

Job Description:

? Prepare cash and check vouchers.

? Maintain appropriate filing systems.

? Assist in billing and collection related activities.

? Assist in Asset Inventory (Fixed Assets/Supplies).

? Conducts routine data entry management for accounting records including accounts payable,

billing, and accounts receivable.

? Reviews billing statements, invoices, and similar documents for accuracy; alerts supervisory staff

of any discrepancies.

? Responsible to answer any queries for the status of payments.

? Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Preferred gender and age range: no preference with gender; 24-30 years of age

Educational attainment: College graduate; Business Management, Office Admin, Accounting, Financial

Management, or equivalent

Relevant Experience:

? At least 1 year experience in handling billing and collection and disbursements.

? Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply

Employment type: Regular/Permanent

Salary Range: 15,860/month
