Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous experience in accounting, preferably in a manpower or recruitment agency.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of payroll processes and tax regulations is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and maintain financial records and reports.
• Process payroll for employees and contractors.
• Reconcile bank statements and track agency expenses.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax preparation.
• Support budgeting and financial forecasting.
• Address financial inquiries and provide reports to management.
