ACCOUNTING STAFF

 

Job Description

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the general accounting function including preparing of journal entries, maintaining balance sheet schedules, ledgers and account and bank reconciliations.
Assisting with monthly closings and account analysis

Manages disbursements to suppliers.
Manages filing of regulatory reports to relevant bodies.
Prepare regular financial reports for Management & External Auditor

Establishes and maintains filing systems, as appropriate.
Performs other related tasks, as required by management.
Perform administrative tasks related to general accounting.
Take charge on projects/initiatives related to accounting

processes.QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate of BS Accountancy or BS Management Accounting or any Accounting related course

Can assist in the preparation of standard and procedural reportorial compliance (i.e.
MEZ, SEC & BIR compliance)

Must be effective written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to multi-task and manage competing deadlines.
Self-motivated, proactive, and innovative.
