Role Overview: The Accounting Staff will play a key role in ensuring the financial integrity and operational efficiency of CSV Now. This role involves handling various accounting functions, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the company's compliance and reporting requirements. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.Prepare financial statements and assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.Ensure compliance with tax regulations, assist in the preparation of tax filings, and other statutory benefits payments.Support payroll processing and reporting activities.Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits.Provide accounting support to management and other departments as needed.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field.At least 1-2 years of work experience in accounting or a similar role, with a strong background in handling accounting books and related financial tasks.Proficiency in general office practices and Google Suite Applications, particularly google sheets and docs.Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero, Loseleaf) is highly preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.Ability to work efficiently and independently while maintaining high-quality outputs.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Work experience in a call center or BPO environment is a plus, but not required.Work Schedule & Setup: Must be amenable to work onsite near Ayala Business Park, Cebu City.Fixed weekends off with a day shift schedule.We Offer: Enjoy a 13th-month salary10% night differential.Two days off each week.Access to government-mandated benefits and additional company perks.HMO coverage after 90 days.Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company.
