Goodfarmer Fresh Fruit Trading Corp. is looking for ACCOUNTING STAFF.
QUALIFICATIONS:Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Accounting Technology or equivalent.Preferably with experience in inventory.JOB DESCRIPTIONS:Conduct physical count of packaging materials at warehouse, prepares inventory variance reports and handle the reconciliation with growers' account after count.Responsible for the accurate processing of payables to suppliers, employees reimbursements and other related operating expenses.Handles the daily update of packaging materials usages based on actual production per grower.Responsible for the timely update of accounting inventory reports schedules monthly.Responsible for the daily update of Accounts Receivable schedules of Growers.Responsible for the safekeeping of approved checks; monitoring of completeness of supporting documents in the Check Vouchers is intact.
