Brief Job Description:
To do the assigned duties and responsibilities as staff for the accounting department, reporting directly to the Finance Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable.
Managing ledgers, processing invoices, and preparing VAT returns
Management of petty cash transactions
Scheduling and releasing/issuance of checks
Monitor petty cash transactions.
Validation of invoices and other accounting-related documents
Other tasks assigned by higher management

Minimum Qualifications:
Accountancy Graduate
At least 1 year experience in Accounting or OJT in the accounting department
Analytic and problem-solving skills, attentive to details
Knowledge of ISO 14001
