Job Qualification

Graduate of Accountancy or any accounting related courses

At least with 1-2 years total exposure in all aspects of accounting

Keen, meticulous, and well organized

Good interpersonal skill

Can work with less supervision

Job Description

Prepares

sales invoiceProcess daily transactions and scheduling of payments to local suppliers covered by Purchase Order, Receiving Reports and Supplier's Invoices

Checking of landed cost before PO preparation on important items

AP invoicing for both local and imported items received by warehouse

Update check voucher monitoring of local purchases under purchaser's name every end of the month

Manual matching of payment made vs actual receiving of the items purchased

Monitoring of Accounts payable for check issuance and its subsequent receiving
