Accounting Staff

Job Description:
? Record all financial transactions of the company both system and all books of accounts.
? Maintain financial records up to date.
? Reconciling bank and book balances.
? Assist in preparing financial statements.
? Processing payments to the supplier.
? Maintain and monitor accounts payable.
? Track all the expenses of the company and analyze the budget and actual data.
? Filing and encoding of all issued receipts and other supporting documents needed in accounting.
? Issue bills to customers, as needed.
? Assist on collecting payments from the customers, as needed.
? Other tasks that the management may be given.
Qualifications:
? The candidate must possess at least Bachelor's /College Degree in Finance Management/Accounting Technology or equivalent
? Knowledgeable in general accounting, bookkeeping, etc.
? With at least 6 months to 1 year experience
? Able to handle confidential information
? Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
? Willing to work in Binondo, Manila
? Knowledge in Quickbooks is a plus
