Job Description Ensures and is responsible for the timely, accurate, and efficient filing, and sorting of all vouchers paid by The Treasury Department. Responsible to store all paperwork in designated places and securing important documents. Responsible to enter all vouchers paid into the electronic system by using optical scanners. Deal with all requests to access files and keep logs of borrowed papers. Responsible to inform all suppliers/clients thru email/phone regarding payment to them. Develop an efficient filing system to make updating and retrieving files easier. To do bank transactions from time to time. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Immediate Superior. Hiring criteria You should have or be completing the following to apply for this opportunity.
