Accounting Staff

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate of Accountancy, Finance (or any related course)
- With at least 2 years of related work experience (accounts payable, accounts receivable, general accounting, inventory, billing and collection)
- Computer literate
- With great attention to detail
- Must have basic accounting knowledge
- Honest and trustworthy
- Willing to work in CCP Complex, Pasay City

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Prepares payroll
- Prepares inventory list, purchase request cost computation
- Prepares check vouchers, BIR Form 2307 and checks for payment
- Inspects and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
- Prepares monthly summary of sales and list of purchase for tax filing purposes
- Audits the daily collection report of Cashier and deposit
- Prepares and updates bank reconciliation of all company bank accounts
- Prepares monthly summary of sales list for tax filing purposes
- Files and pays BIR dues to authorized bank agents
- Assist in preparation of ad hoc reports
- Assists in month-end closing of books
- Assist internal and external auditors

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php16,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pasay City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
