Accounting Staff

Job Responsibilities
? Bookkeeping of day to day transactions
? Create periodic reports, such as balance sheet, profit & loss statement, and other related documents
? Maintain accurate financial records
? Perform audits and resolve discrepancies
? Reconciliation of bank statements
? Assists management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts
? Handles preparation of billing invoices and timely recording of all expenses
? Preparation of BIR Form 2307 for Suppliers/Vendors
? Preparation of tax reports, its filing and payment
? Keep informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting
? Ensure compliance with accounting and financial regulations
? Identify opportunities for process improvement, develop and implement solutions
Requirements
? At least 2 years of accounting/finance/bookkeeping experience
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
? Bachelor Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related fields
? Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
? Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
