Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Staff to support our finance department. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, preparing financial documents, and managing basic financial records. Description Record Keeping: Enter financial data into accounting systems and maintain accurate records. Assist in tracking expenses, income, and other financial transactions. Document Preparation: Prepare financial documents such as invoices, receipts, and vouchers. Organize and maintain physical and digital financial files. Bank Reconciliation: Help in reconciling bank statements with company accounts. Accounts Payable & Receivable: Assist in managing payables and receivables, ensuring payments are processed on time. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience: Previous experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Skills: Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication skills. Working Conditions Office-based position with standard working hours (Monday to Friday). Work Schedule: 8 hours a day with possible overtime during reporting deadlines.
