Qualifications & experience
Preferably accounting graduate
With knowledge of accounting software
Can work with minimum supervision
Has the ability to analyze data and can produce report

Tasks & responsibilities
Recording of RMC disbursements and petty cash replenishment
Recording of Skyrock collections, sales invoices, and sales order
Encoding RMC payroll entries every 10th and 25th of the month
Audit of Petty Cash fund
Prepares monthly Skyrock sales reports and counter receipts
Checking the accuracy of Skyrock agents' commission
Monitoring of post-dated check
Responsible for managing the accounts payable documentation
LMC Laguna - monitor, process, and update QuickBooks accounting system
