Accounting Staff

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Staff to join our team. As an Accounting Staff member, you will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks to ensure the accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
Assist with payroll processing and related tax filings.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Prepare and submit tax forms and compliance documents.
Provide support during audits and financial inspections.
Assist with other accounting-related tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Previous experience in accounting or finance preferred.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
CPA or relevant certification a plus, but not required.
