Accounting Staff

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Finance Commerce, or other related field.Experience: 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in Administrative procedures, records management, procurement, and report writing. Processing of Daily Time RecordsPreferred but not required: experience in accounting tasks, and bookkeeping; Knowledge about managing BIR Remittances Duties and Responsibilities: Prepares/ collates required documents for processing of payroll of Head Office personnel, contractual and project-based employees, construction workers, ACU staff, and manpower/janitorial/driver (i.e., DTRs, summary attendance sheet, checking of overtime claims and deductions);Addresses staff queries regarding payroll.Maintains various payroll records such as timecard sheets, automatic deposit bank authorizations, payroll journals, and ledgers; makes required adjustments through established procedure;Performs other related functions that may be directed by Management from time to time.
