DescriptionGenerate and send invoices to clients in a timely manner.Ensure accuracy in billing and follow up on discrepancies.Record and apply incoming payments accurately to customer accounts.Monitor payment terms and follow up on overdue accounts.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding billing inquiries and payment issues.Maintain professional relationships with clients to facilitate timely payments.Regularly reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy in receivables. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in accounts.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.CompanyCPE FOODS
