ACCOUNTING STAFF

 

Qualifications:
Receiving and checking of Accounts Payable Voucher

Recording and Printing of Check Voucher

Preparation of Checks

Releasing of Cash and Check Disbursement from the Head office

Preparation and Posting of all Check Voucher for payment

Monitoring and verification of online collection and disbursement

Prepare and submit disbursement report for funding

Monitoring of all Petty Cash custodians

Lead the investigation of inventory variances in all inventory categories and locations

Completion of closing procedures

Preparation and issuance of Sales invoice, Billing Statements and Statement

of Accounts to customerVerification and reconciliation of collection receipt, cash or check deposit slip and collection summary report

Posting of verified collection to customer outstanding invoices.
Preparation of statement of Accounts, collection follow up and collection schedule

Perform Collection follow up and collector's route and schedule.
Recording, monitoring of customers advances

Generation and Submission of AR Status report such as Accounts Receivable Aging, Outstanding advances

Monitoring and safekeeping of sales related BIR forms ( Sales Invoice, Collection Receipts, Acknowledgment receipt, Delivery Receipts)

Recording and monitoring of Non Trade Recurring Transactions such as utilities, communications, subscriptions, retainers, etc.
Checking and processing of Petty cash fund replenishment

Recording of Payroll Summary Entries per department.
