Accounting Staff

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 2-3 years of experience, specializing in Receivables & Invoicing is an advantage
- Outstanding organizational and planning skills with the ability to multitask effectively, manage timelines and meet deadlines
- Ability to go to the root causes of problems to take corrective and preventive actions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

JOB SUMMARY:

- Proactively contact customers to inquire about payment status for past due invoices
- Effectively review/reconcile accounts
- Utilizing collections tools and strategies

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting Assistant: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

License/Certification:

- CPA (preferred)
