ACCOUNTING STAFF

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Fast learner and must be keen to details

Hardworking and goal-oriented

Experience in general accounting is an advantage but not required

At least 2 Years Experience in related field

Responsibilities

Provide accounting and clerical support

Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records

Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements

Reconcile accounts in a timely manner

Daily enter

key data of financial transactions in the databaseProvide assistance and support to company personnel

Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies

Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas

Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws

Constantly update job knowledge

Preparation of working papers of tax computations:
Monthly withholding tax computations;
Monthly expanded withholding tax computations;
Annual Registration Fee;
Quarterly Income Tax Computation;
Other required taxes.

Settle payments of SSS, Pag ibig and philhealth through EGOV

Must be Knowledgeable with QUICKBOOKS
