**_Position : Accounts Payable & Disbursement Staff_**

**Job Summary**:

- **Accounts payable and disbursement staff provides financial, administrative and clerical support to the organization, to complete payments, records and control expenses.
**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

**Monitoring all payments/payables**

**Maintaining records**

**3.
**Prepare checks**

**4.
**Monthly disbursement & Reports**

**5.
**VAT recording**

**6.
**Prepares rental summary**

**7.
**Sending of documents to Manila-Royalty, E-Sales, Rentals and Purchases**

**8.
**Check/Monitoring of RF liquidation**

**9.
**Entertaining suppliers concerns**

**10.
**Other duties assigned by the immediate head**
