DescriptionAccounts Payable & Receivable:Process invoices and payments in a timely manner.Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding invoices.Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.Perform bank reconciliations and ensure discrepancies are resolved.Reconcile general ledger accounts and assist with audit preparations.Reporting:Prepare reports on financial performance as required by management.Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.Compliance:Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.Support the implementation of accounting best practices.Administrative Support:Assist in various administrative tasks as needed.Provide support during audits and other financial reviews.RequirementsGraduate of any business course.With good analytic skill and matured mindset.Will handle Accounts Payable, Finance & other bank transactions.Can work with minimum supervision.With good moral character.Working LocationIf the position requires you to work overseas, please be vigilant and beware of fraud.
