We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounting Staff to join our team at DAVAO BONIFACIO MOTORS, INC. in Davao City Davao del Sur. This full-time role is crucial in supporting our accounting operations and contributing to the overall financial success of the company.
What you'll be doing Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.Assisting with the preparation of financial reports, statements, and analysesReconciling bank statements and other financial accountsProcessing invoices, payments, and other financial transactions in a timely and efficient mannerProviding support to the accounting team and collaborating with other departments as neededEnsuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, policies, and proceduresWhat we're looking for Relevant qualifications in accounting or a related fieldProven experience as an Accounting Officer/Clerk or in a similar roleStrong attention to detail and excellent organizational skillsProficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applicationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCommitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standardsWhat we offer
