Job Description Responsible for vouchering, keeping track of billings, and communicating with suppliers regarding their billings (Accounts Payable)Responsible for preparation of liquidation of expenses and keeping track of agent's liquidation submitted.May be tasked to email discrepancies, concerns and other related issues to billings with supplierResponsible for receiving billings and sending collectibles.May be tasked to prepare Statement of Accounts, Invoices, and the like Requirements Must be a graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Management Accounting, Financial Management, and/or other related courses.Must be detail-orientedFresh graduates are welcomeKnowledgeable in using Microsoft ExcelWith previous experience in Accounts Payable, Liquidation of Expenses, etc. is a plusGood written and oral skillsAbility to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.Can start ASAP/URGENT Working LocationSeadove Maritime Services, Inc..
