Our dynamic team is seeking a Motorcycle Accounting Staff member to support our financial operations and ensure accuracy in our accounting processes. Responsibilities: Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and performing day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies or irregularities. Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports, and ensure timely payment to vendors and suppliers. Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures, including preparing journal entries and reconciling balance sheet accounts. Support the preparation of financial reports and statements, analyzing variances and trends to provide insights into business performance. Assist with inventory management processes, including tracking inventory levels, conducting physical inventory counts, and reconciling inventory records. Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements. Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by the Accounting Manager or Finance Director. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a dealership or automotive industry. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Passion for motorcycles and understanding of motorcycle industry terminology and trends is preferred.
