Accounting Staff

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial reports, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and ledgers.Perform monthly reconciliations of bank statements and balance sheets.Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.Assist with audit preparations and external auditor communications.Support month-end and year-end closing processes.Analyze financial data and provide insights to management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.CPA certification is a plus.Proven experience as a Staff Accountant or similar role.Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.Strong analytical and organizational skills.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
