Accounting Staff

**Job Summary**:
The Accounts Receivable Staff will assist in ensuring that the company receives payment for goods delivered to customer within the agreed terms.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Reconciles, verifies and posts/record customer's payments and transaction related to accounts receivable (RTVs and Credit Memos)
- Coordinate and monitor variances from customer's payment through the company's sales representatives
- Prepare and send collection letter to delinquent customer then monitor payments
- Identify, collect and monitor creditable withholding taxes (BIR 2307) from customers
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
