Accounting Staff

Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices
- Prepares Check Vouchers for payment and ensures that all checks and cash disbursements are processed within the specified time
- Receives and encode Disbursement Summary from Accounting, Finance Voucher Summary, and Collections from Finance, Year-to-date Sales Summary from Sales and Marketing, Journal Vouchers from Tax Compliance Staff
- Responsible for compiling and filing all documents monthly
- Maintains subsidiary ledgers for Real and Nominal accounts both in excel file
- Ensures all transactions are encoded and adjusting entries are applied on the proper period
- Ensures that check vouchers, sales invoices, and delivery receipts indicated therein are complete and in a sequential manner
- Additional duties as directed by immediate supervisor
