Primary Position Duties: Typical Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform daily accounting activities, record financial transactions and complete the posting process
- Bank and Credit card reconciliations
- Calling and answering customer's calls and providing great customer service
- Assist with Accounts payable and Accounts Receivable process transactions, invoicing, and collection efforts
- Creates weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Update and Check accounting spreadsheets for accuracy
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- College Graduate
- Minimum 1-year experience in accounting job related position, preferred
- QuickBooks Desktop and Online Knowledgeable
- Proficient in adjusting journal entries and account reconciliation
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English both orally and in writing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and Outlook
- Ability to multi-task, identify issues and resolve problems
- Excellent in customer service
- Team Player, organized, and detail-oriented
- Handle confidential information professionally and discreetly
- Willing to work onsite; preferably residing in Makati or nearby areas
POSITION DETAILS:
Full-Time (40 hours a week) (M- F) Graveyard shift (11 pm to 8 am)
