Accounting Staff

Responsible to end-to-end monitoring of unbilled transactions.
- Updating of unbilled report.
- Verifying SOA of credit cards.
- Prepares billing analysis for Airlines and Insurnances (Cebu Air, PAL, IATA, Starr).
- Maintains a productivity report about how many unbilled trasactions are processed within the day.
- Would act as back-up for both Accounts Payable and Refund Officer.
**JOB SPECIFICATIONS**:

- Preferably a graduate of Finance, Accountancy, Management or any related field.
- With relevant experience in payables or any accounting role.
- Proficient in MS Office, preferably with intermediate to advanced Excel experience.
- Experience in tourism, shipping, cargo, or travel industry is advantageous.
- _Knowledgeable in using accounting software is an advantage (TravCom)._
