Job Description Description Prepare disbursement vouchers and issue checks.Maintain list of payables, vendor file and relations and ensure timely and accurate payments.Prepare and send out invoices to clients.Maintain client file, monitor collections, issue Official Receipts and update A/R ledger.Update books through QuickBooks online and assist in the preparation of Financial Statements.Prepare monthly bank reconciliation.Ensure compliance of tax regulations, timely and accurate remittance and filing of reports with BIR SSS, Philhealth, HDMF and other government agencies.Coordinate with and assist auditor during audit.Assist in processing of merchant settlements and payouts. Requirements Graduate of Bachelor of Science in AccountancyCPA an advantage but not requiredWith at least 1-year experience in bookkeeping/general accounting, tax compliance and other government reportorial requirementsKnowledgeable in bank reconciliation, budget and financial statements preparationPreferably with experience with QuickBooks or other related accounting systemsProficient in MS Applications especially Advanced MS Excel Working LocationAltPayNet Corp., 905 Vicente Madrigal 6793, Ayala Ave, Makati, 1226 Metro Manila, Philippines
