Accounting Staff ?20-25K [Monthly] On-site - Makati Full-time 1-3 Yrs Exp BachelorJob DescriptionDescriptionResponsible for Tax authority and Tax update.Managing the outsource accounting.Audits: Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and information.Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and collections.Prepares check voucher and filing of accounting documents.Issued invoice/receipt to the clients.Documentation: Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation.Other task assigned by the immediate superior.RequirementsB.S. degree in accounting, Finance or any related field.At least 1 to 2 years relevant work experience.In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and regulations.Knowledge of office equipment.Self-motivated and goal-oriented.Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.Good communication skills in verbal and written English.Willing to work in Makati City.Willing to work in the office from M-F.Working Location2ND, VALTES Advanced Technology, Inc.
