Accounting Staff

Details of the offer

• Provides financial, administrative and clerical support to the Accounting Department according to established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely and accurate manner.
• Responsible for handling Account payables and receivables
• Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
• Create and update expense reports
• Process reimbursement forms
• Prepare bank deposits
• Enter financial transactions into internal databases
• Check spreadsheets for accuracy
• Maintain digital and physical financial records
• Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
• Perform other general Accounting task as maybe assigned by the Management (i.e job rotation, job enlargement)
