Job description
Prepare entries of the ff:

a. Amortization of Intangibles, Shop Tools, and Prepaid Miscellaneous – 3rd week of the month
b. Depreciation of Building and Building Improvements, Leasehold Improvements, Machineries and Equipment, Furniture and Office Equipment, Transportation Equipment, and Right of Use asset – 3rd week of the month
c. Fringe Benefit Tax on the condo rentals and association dues of Japanese expats (in coordination with Tax Department) – 3rd week of the following month
d. Reclassification of medicine consumption of employees – on or before 4th day of the following month
e. Accrual of bonus and audit fee – 3rd week of the following month
f. Disposals of PPEs – 1 day after the transaction occurs
g. All other adjustments – on or before 4th day of the following month

To prepare and analyze the following schedules on or before 19th day of the following month:

a. Property, Plant, and Equipment lapsing schedules
b. Office Supplies and Medicines
c. Investment in shares of stocks
d. Available for sale investment
e. Operating Expenses details
f. Refundable Deposits
g. Deposits
h. Accrued Expenses
i. Accrued Bonus
