Accounting Staff - 25K (Quezon City)

The Accounting Staff is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and assisting in the day-to-day operations of the accounting department.
This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple tasks efficiently and work closely with other team members to support the organization's financial health.
Job Responsibilities:
1.
Serve as Comptroller for 1SARI.
2.
Manage the Information Database:
a.
Create and maintain the Central Liability Database (main portfolio database).
b.
Develop a database for shopped merchandise/SKUs derived from trust receipt attachments.
3.
Perform treasury functions.
4.
Serve in an audit and compliance role (AROs and C.I.s).
5.
Assist the CFO in raising funds for 1SARI, including capital equity and/or debt equity.
6.
Act as the primary researcher for initiatives by the Executive Committee.
7.
Perform other tasks as needed.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA preferred
• At least 1 year of experience as an Accounting Assistant
• Preferred English skills

Work set-up, schedule, & location:
• Full-time (8-hour shift)
• 236 P. Dela Cruz , Brgy.
San Bartolome, Novaliches, Quezon City
• Preferred candidates should live near the working location

Monthly salary:
• 20,000 - 25,000
• Negotiable based on the applicant's skill set
