Is currently looking for:
 

ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST

 

Compute, classify, and record numerical data to keep financial records complete. Perform any combination of routine calculating, journalizing, vouchering, and reporting to obtain primary financial data for use in maintaining accounting records.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process, verify and post receipts for services rendered.

Process and record financial transactions

Perform administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, preparing invoices, sending billing reminders, filing paperwork.

Complete payments and control expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.

Charge

expenses to accounts by analyzing invoice/expense reports.Pay vendors by calculating, scheduling, and preparing checks, resolving purchase orders or payment discrepancies and documentation

Protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential.

Other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor/manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Accounting, or related field.

With at least 1-2 years of work experience in a related field.

Self starter, reliable and highly motivated

Strong attention to details

Proficient in MS Excel

Team player with leadership skills

In-depth understanding of Accounting and Finance process.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
