Accounting Specialist - Retail

Duties & Responsibilities: Setting-up Merchant Monitor and update status of Retail inventory units Advise postings for validated New Contracted Created Ensure complete copy of Contracts for new merchants (Request for Documentation, Rental Commencement Date, Contract of lease) Billing and Collections Review and sending of SOA to Merchant (emails and hardcopy) Daily follow ups of collections and sending of collection notices or disconnection to Merchants with aged AR Handling of merchant's queries Ensure posting of confirmed collection from treasury (requirement prior sending of SOA) including monitoring of received BIR 2307 Reconciliation of SOA vs posted payments Sending payment sched to Merchants for PDCs To ensure collection efficiency target are met Reporting and Monitoring ÀR Collection efficiency report and Aging of AR DOE review and reclass Set-up of Investment in Building Qualifications: College graduate level – Accounting / Business Management and other related fields. At least 2 years working experience in related field Knowledgeable in MS Office Strong communication skill Can perform under high pressure Can work in a flexible environment Should have a go getter attitude #J-18808-Ljbffr
