BASIC FUNCTION
Handles company's financial record keeping, including preparing invoices, recording payments, and managing the organization's expenses. Analyzing all financial transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting and legal requirements, and developing budgets

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Maintaining and reviewing financial records.Manage all accounting transactionsPrepare budget forecastsReconcile accounts payable and receivableEnsuring compliance with accounting and tax laws.Audit financial transactions and documentsMonitoring expenditure and profits and providing reports.Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statementsManaging business accounts and preparing financial statementsPerforms other related duties as assigned or as may be necessary REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS: BS in Accounting, Finance or relevant degreePrevious working experience as an Accounting Officer.Knowledge and competency in accounting principles.Proficiency in management systems.Administration skills.Sound interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software
